At Ateticime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original boxes and include the provided return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
